Autoclenz Plc to mobilise rapid response team using pro-Forms™ and ServiceTrack

     

Swadlincote based Autoclenz Plc has launched a project to mobilise it's nationally based team of rapid response staff using a powerful combination of ServiceTrack (http://bit.ly/qXY1a6) and pro-Forms™.

Equipped with BES enabled BlackBerry Torch 9800 devices on Vodafone, the team will receive jobs in real-time on a 24-hour a day basis from the ServiceTrack system which will make use of device based GPS capabilities and web based mapping to help office staff have a clear picture of staff whereabouts and aid customer service levels.

Job data logging and completion including customer signature and photographs will be carried out using custom built forms from the pro-Forms™ intelligent business form application toolkit and fully integrated with ServiceTrack.

The project will see an immediate ROI due to sameday invoicing thanks to completed job forms being returned within seconds from the national team as compared to the existing weekly return of handwritten paperwork.

Next stages of the project will involve area managers completing paperless Customer Care summaries and car rental site visits using pro-Forms™ on BlackBerry Torch devices.
