Skills Matrix: Reading the skills matrix

The matrix shows everyone in a category against the skills that category needs, so you can see at a glance who is covered and where the gaps are.
Viewing the matrix
Choose the category and open the Matrix tab. Each square shows one person's status for one skill:
- Met: the person holds a verified, in-date record at the required level or above.
- Expiring soon: the record is valid but will expire shortly.
- Below level: the person holds the skill, but at a lower level than the category requires.
- Pending: a record is waiting to be verified.
- Expired: the record has passed its expiry date.
- Rejected / revoked: the record was rejected or revoked.
- Missing: the person has no record.
Click a square to see that person's history for the skill and to record a new one.
