Finding people with particular skills
Use the Find people tab to find who can do a job.
1. Add the skills needed, with the minimum level for each. You can also start from a category's required skills.
2. Under Must hold, choose how many of the skills each person needs (all of them, or fewer).
3. Click Search.
Results are listed with the most competent people first. Click Profile to see a person's full record, or Record a session for these people to book them onto training.
Viewing a person's profile
A person's profile shows every skill and accreditation they hold, with levels, certificate numbers, dates, status and evidence files. Records created by a training session link back to that session.
