Skills Matrix: Compliance reports and the audit trail

This article relates to the following pro-Forms modules:

Digital Profile

Reports and the audit trail give auditors, clients and accreditation schemes the evidence they ask for: who is competent, and a record of every change.

 

Reports

Open the Reports tab to produce compliance reports, for example for a tender pack or a client audit.

1. Choose the category and, optionally, particular people.
2. Tick "Also include each person's skills and accreditations outside this category" if needed.
3. Choose the format:
- Download PDF report: a printable summary.
- Download Excel workbook: the matrix and details in a spreadsheet.
- Download evidence pack (ZIP): the report plus every person's certificates.

 

Audit trail

The Audit trail tab records who changed what and when: skills, levels, requirements, members, records, verifications, imports and training sessions. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.

Filter by date (From), the person the change was about (About person), who made it (Done by), area or text (Contains). Click Export CSV to download the results, for example to send to an auditor.
