How to Check Out an Asset (Mobile App)

ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Checking out an asset in the pro-Forms® mobile app records which field worker has it and when — useful for tracking equipment, vehicles or tools assigned to a job. This is an ENTERPRISE MANAGER feature.

To check out an asset using the pro-Forms mobile app, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Login to the mobile application.  Logging into the mobile application
  2. Tap on the 'Assets' main menu option
  3. Locate your asset and tap on the entry
  4. Tap the icon on the top right of the screen
  5. Tap 'Check-out'
  6. Complete the details in the form presented and then tap the save icon.
