How to Configure Form Access for a Web User

Controlling which forms a Web User can see keeps your Work Group tidy and ensures office/admin staff only access the forms relevant to their role.

Form permissions for a Web User differ slightly to that of a Mobile User.

To update which forms a web user can see:

  1. Click 'Users' menu option on the left
  2. Click 'Edit' on the relevant users account
  3. Click the 'Access Permissions' tab
  4. On the right hand side of the screen, make sure the 'Forms' tab is selected and click 'Add Permission'
  5. Select which forms the user has access to and then click 'Save'

For Mobile Users, form access works slightly differently — see Fix: Mobile User Cannot See Any Forms if a field worker is missing forms they should have access to.
