Why is a record still showing as pending?
It has not yet been verified. Check the Approvals tab. If it needs evidence, attach a file first.

Why can't I verify a record?
Either it is your own record (someone else must verify it), or the item requires evidence and none is attached.

Someone renewed their certificate. Will they lose their current record?
No. The renewal stays pending and the current record keeps counting until the renewal is verified.

What happens if someone on a course doesn't pass?
Choose Did not achieve or Did not pass for them in step 2. No record is created, but their attendance is noted on the session. Record them again when they pass, for example on a new session for the resit.

Can I undo a training session or import?
Yes, as long as none of its records have been verified, rejected or revoked. After that, revoke individual records instead.

If I remove a skill from a category, are people's records deleted?
No. Records belong to the person, not the category.
