The Challenge


As Datomic Services continued to grow, planning and recording work activity using traditional methods was becoming increasingly difficult. The team needed a more structured way to organise job information, capture work records and ensure important data was available when required.

Without a central system in place, information could become fragmented, making it harder to maintain clear records and visibility across ongoing work.

 

The Solution


Datomic Services initially implemented pro-Forms® WORK MANAGER to introduce a structured digital system for planning and recording work activity.

Using WORK MANAGER, the team was able to:

  • Plan and manage jobs more effectively
  • Capture work activity using structured digital forms
  • Maintain consistent records of completed work
  • Access job information quickly when required

As the system became embedded in their workflow, Datomic Services then extended the platform by adding ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGER, enabling asset records and service history to be linked directly to the work carried out.

This created a more complete operational picture, combining job management with asset visibility in one integrated system.
