The core platform costs £500 per year as an annual charge, which covers unlimited asset admin users, unlimited assets and asset types, and unlimited online forms. On top of this base cost, there are two optional per-user charges depending on your operational needs.
If you require mobile app access for field-based asset management, this is available at £15 per app user per month on a rolling 30-day licence. If your operation also requires full field service management capabilities — incorporating all WORK MANAGER features — the per-user charge is £30 per field service user per month. An additional one-off set-up and configuration charge also applies. All plans include UK-hosted infrastructure, GDPR compliance, and full support via chat, email, and telephone from the pro-Forms UK-based team.
