We offer the following :-

- Online form building with on-screen layouts
- MS Word and PDF layouts for both Mobile & Online forms
- Custom PDF/ CSV exports for both Mobile & Online forms
- Html emails for both Mobile & Online forms
- Remote (MS Teams/ Webex) training - charged by the half day
One-off form creation - £40+VAT
Creation of either a Mobile or Online form (based on the form being no more than 5 A4 pages) to include :-
- building questions
- branded Word/ PDF Layout to match existing form
- html email for sharing/ trigger
- setup to send completed Layout by email
- screen layout (if an Online form)
Larger forms will be quoted for once seen by us.
Existing form changes - £20/ hour+VAT
If you already have an existing form built within the system then we can make the necessary changes you require. Unfortunately due to the volume of change requests we receive we are unable to make changes for free within the License subscriptions charged.
Change requests can include:-
- questions added/ removed
- form layouts revised for address/logo changes
- new triggers/ sharing options
- Custom Reports added/ amended.
